How It Works
We keep the process straightforward so you know what to expect from the first conversation to final installation.
- Initial contact. You reach out by phone or email. We discuss your project, timeline, and budget so we can tell you if it’s a good fit.
- Site visit or details. For larger jobs we may schedule a visit to measure and review the space. For smaller pieces we can work from dimensions and photos.
- Proposal. We provide a written scope of work and price. Once you approve, we schedule the build.
- Build. Work is done in our Asheville shop. We’ll keep you updated on progress if the timeline is long.
- Delivery and installation. We deliver and install when needed. We leave the site clean and walk through the finished work with you.
